Experience includes facilitating branding and rebranding initiatives for diverse industries: workplace safety, telecommunications, hospitality, nature conservancy, and global geophysical research and education.

Client-related:

  • Oversaw the implementation of several client rebranding initiatives including developing programs and comms for internal employee adoption and engagement.

  • Developed and delivered media strategies, POVs and tactical plans to clients, securing buy-in and driving successful campaign execution.

  • Developed and presented data-driven strategic marketing plans that consistently achieved client business objectives and drove measurable growth.

  • Conducted in-depth research and analysis, preparing comprehensive reports for clients across diverse industries on market trends and competitive landscapes.

  • Led competitive research and analysis for Deloitte's US Brand team, supervising a team to deliver actionable insights on advertising spend, creative messaging, earned media and website messaging. Contributed to key strategic recommendations.

  • Orchestrated partnerships between clients and national entities, notably coordinating a campaign between the Montana Tourism Promotion Division and Orvis.

  • Coordinated and oversaw the state of Montana’s “ski roadshows” in partnership with REI, including promotion of the events, securing locations, program development, venue setup, travel arrangements and swag distribution.

  • Authored detailed campaign analyses, highlighting progress and ROI to demonstrate success.

 

Internal initiatives:

  • Spearheaded agency new-business development; acted as project manager including screening initial requests, assigning staff, setting schedules, drafting content and conducting quality assurance.

  • Implemented and executed the agency’s process for securing case study campaign examples for the agency’s website including drafting content, asset prep and QA before going live on the site.

  • Directed and contributed to the agency's overarching public relations and social media strategy, strengthening brand presence and engagement.

  • Collaborated on and presented new-business proposals, including a successful philanthropic foundation pitch to The North Face.

  • Optimize Deloitte's direct-to-publisher investments, analyzing contract terms and campaign performance data to enhance partnership value and improve overall campaign effectiveness.

  • Identify and leverage Deloitte’s firmwide synergies across strategic initiatives and marketing objectives, consolidating spend to enhance market presence and strengthen Deloitte's brand among current and prospective clients.

  • Provide critical media recommendations for Deloitte’s firmwide brand campaigns and contribute to the Sport Sponsorship media POV, aligning media strategy with key brand initiatives.

  • Developed and executed comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for the Montana Office of Tourism that significantly enhanced Montana's appeal as a tourism destination.

  • Initiated and nurtured key partnerships for the Montana Office of Tourism, including a collaboration with American Express, to broaden marketing reach and opportunities.
