Building the media department was a core responsibility in my most recent agency position, scaling it from a single role to a full in-house media agency. This transformation allowed for in-house digital media purchasing via DV360 and social platforms, while ensuring complete agency/client transparency through real-time, multi-channel (digital and traditional) campaign dashboards.

  • Designed and implemented SOPs enhancing departmental efficiency and streamlining workflow.

  • Spearheaded the development and implementation of real-time dashboard reporting and comprehensive campaign analysis tools, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization.

  • Maintained expert-level knowledge in campaign strategy across a broad spectrum of media tactics, including traditional, programmatic, CTV, and social platforms, consistently adhering to channel best practices and execute in-depth media research across several platforms to develop data-driven, comprehensive media strategies that meet client objectives.

  • Orchestrated multi-channel media strategies across varied geographic markets, leveraging a broad spectrum of tactics including traditional broadcast, OOH, programmatic, native content, CTV and digital audio/podcast to maximize client reach and engagement.

  • Secured and negotiated media buys, cultivating strong relationships with media reps to expand campaign offerings and achieve optimal ROI for clients. Managed custom programs including sponsored content, topic ownership, webinars, podcasts, display buys and lead generation offerings.

  • Maintained expert-level proficiency in campaign strategy and execution across digital platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, Google and various programmatic buying platforms, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and maximizing campaign performance.

  • Continuously evaluated emerging media technologies, techniques and platforms to identify innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.

  •  Develop and disseminate comprehensive POVs and SOPs for Deloitte’s media governance, strategy, planning and buying, standardizing best practices across the organization.

  • Spearheading the integration of media services by socializing across Deloitte’s business units on available research, planning, buying, and performance analysis, fostering greater collaboration and resource utilization.

  • Conduct in-depth competitive advertising analysis for Deloitte across diverse sectors (e.g., Talent, AI, sustainability, pharmaceuticals), providing actionable insights on media spend and messaging for various Deloitte business units.

  • Continuously research and integrate cutting-edge media technologies and techniques, ensuring Deloitte's media strategies remain at the forefront of industry innovation.
